what will you learn Usui Reiki Level 3 in our school?
The essence of 3rd level of Japanese traditional attunement Reiki course is not about healing.
"Reiki-Ho" (Reiki method) is a method of controlling energy and spiritual practice for personal growth.
Reiki-Ho is different from Reiki therapy (Reiki ryoho in Japanese). Originally when founder Usui Mikao used to teach Japanese Usui Reiki, it was 2 parts, Reiki therapy and Reiki ho. Unfortunately, most Usui Reiki school nowadays only focus on Reiki therapy, not teaching Reiki-ho.
Ho is 法 in Japanese, and it's about "laws common to all things in the universe". It's a method to resonance with "laws common to all things in the universe" and the way of life. This method we learn in Level 3.
Simply saying, it's about the method for changing the way of life, helping actualize self, learn how to improve your spirit for better life.
when you reach this state is called Anshin Ritsumei (安心立命), meaning ultimate peace of mind in Japanese.
Q. I have learnt Usui Reiki at outside Usui Reiki School, is it possible to take your level 3?
A. We recommend you to come to group Reiki practice first before taking Level 3, you should also submit your Reiki certificate, to see whether you learnt Usui Reiki or other type of Reiki, because sometimes what you learnt is very different then it's hard to catch up the content, we recommend you to retake from Level 1 in this case.
Q. I think it's a waste of money to retake the attunement course again, is there other ways to get to know level 3?
A. I am also the one to retake all courses Level 1 to 3, so it means I took Usui Reiki Attunement courses all levels twice. But I feel really nice that I took twice, because my learning and understanding got deeper, I gain the experience and knowledge about Usui Reiki from both different schools. Of course it's up to you, how you think about it. So that why we suggest you to come to group Reiki, to see whether you find here is the right place for you or not.

答.No.我們建議您在參加上級之前先參加本校的集體靈氣練習，您還應該提交您的靈氣證書，以查看您是否學習了臼井靈氣或其他類型的靈氣，因為有時您所學到的內容非常不同，因此很難確定要趕上內容，在這種情況下，我們建議您從 初級重新學習。
問. 我覺得重新參加靈授課程是浪費錢，還有其他方法可以了解上級嗎？
答.其實我也是重修初級～上級所有課程的人，所以這意味著我把臼井靈氣attunement課程修了兩次。但我感覺真的很高興我參加了兩次，因為我的學習和理解更加深入，我從兩所不同的學校獲得了關於臼井靈氣的經驗和知識。當然，這取決於你，你怎麼想。這就是為什麼我們先建議您來靈氣團體，看看您是否發現我們這裡是適合您的地方。
