This group practice is for 3rd level or above of Usui Reiki. We don't practice hands on but we practice breathing & meditation, share idea for how we can deepen our study toward 'AnshinRitsumei (ultimate peace of mind)
この会は上級以上の方対象の実践会です。手当てなどは練習せず、呼吸法・瞑想、あるいはいかに安心立命を深めるかについてのアイディアなどをシェアしたりします。
適合完成臼井靈氣上級的同學參加。此練習將不設手療練習，將專注於呼吸法及暝想，分享如何深化安心立命的生活方式。
