About the studio in Causeway Bay (Shine Body & Soul Healing Centre)

Shine Body & Soul（心耀堂） was established in Hong Kong in 2011, located in Causeway Bay—one of the city’s bustling central districts filled with shopping malls and offices. It’s just a 3‑minute walk from MTR Causeway Bay Station Exit E, making it a very convenient location.

At the studio, we offer group stretching classes to promote health through regular movement, as well as individual Reiki healing sessions where you can receive Reiki treatments. In addition, attunement courses are held several times each month, allowing participants to experience and learn Usui Reiki.

Shine Body & Soul also serves as the Hong Kong chapter of the Japan Reiki Association, headquartered in Tokyo. This means you can take courses using the same curriculum and texts as those offered in Japan. Beyond attunement courses, practitioners can further develop their skills through Reiki practice meetings and volunteer activities, while also enjoying lively exchanges with fellow participants.
