Group Stretching Class
The method of this stretching movement was created by Reiki practitioner, Asuke Jiro sensei and I am the 4th generation of his students, my teacher is Noriko Yonezawa sensei. The movements are not just helping for releasing the muscle/body stiff but also boosting up your energy flow in the body.
Therefore, the stretching movements are highly recommended if you have;
*Constipation or indigestion
*Shoulder, back stiff / pain
*Hardness of body
*Sore muscle/ recovery from sports
*Body degenerative issue
And good if you want to improve.
*Flexibility of the body
*Digestion problems
*Sleeping quality
*Recovery after injury or sickness
*Blood, Lymph and Qi (energy) circulation
*Body temperature
*Body cells lively
If you have any problems that listed above, but having difficulties to move the body, alternatively you can come to Reiki Private Treatment Session for assisting your energy flow before joining this session.
*If you have an existing illness or injury, please also seek a doctor and join our sessions.
Please prepare following stuff for your stretching exercise.
*Loose comfortable outfit, especially the bottom, Leggings or long pants recommended. Must be very flexible material for the movement. Jeans are not allowed
*Long Hand Towel for legs stretching, which can hang on your legs, must be long enough if you are not flexible enough.
*Clean Socks Please wear socks for hygiene during the class (Toes socks are preferable for practice)
*Water for drink
