This session is designed for those who wish to revisit and strengthen their Reiki practice with gentle guidance. In this yoga-class style gathering, participants quietly place hands on their own body, enter meditation, and deepen their Reiki flow — all guided by the instructor. There is no pair work, sharing circle, or deep interaction with others.
