It is ideal for anyone who wants to move their body and release physical stiffness or misalignment
At Shine Body & Soul, located just a 3‑minute walk from Exit E of Causeway Bay Station in Hong Kong, we hold group stretch sessions about three times a week.
This session is especially recommended for people who:

In this stretch class, the instructor carefully guides each movement, allowing you to move your body at your own pace while enhancing the flow of Ki (energy).
Many of the movements are done lying down, which helps promote relaxation and emotional balance.
People with high blood pressure or those who are not confident with exercise can also join with peace of mind.
