If you have taken level 1 Usui Reiki Attunement course, you may join online Reiki recovery sessions to boost up your energy and review what you have learnt, it is also welcome if you are totally new to Reiki. We suggest you join at least several sessions to get used to the practice.


Sessions typically last 45 mins and can be combined with meditation or breathing exercises.
