

When you're busy in your daily life, it might be difficult to reflect on yourself or dwell on your worries. But sometimes, when stress becomes overwhelming and leads to burnout, your mind and body will urgently force you to stop.
The shock that follows is that you suddenly can't do the things you used to handle with ease, and you're left with no choice but to give them up—often with tears.
I don't think anyone chooses to end up in that state.
Yet, isn't it often the case that these things happen suddenly? You find yourself unable to sleep, or you realize you've slipped into a depressive state without noticing.
It's only after reaching that point that people begin to truly value their health and well-being.
Listening to the voice of your body and mind is essential. Reiki can help with that, but above all, please take care of your heart and body so you can return to your usual self.
